Vireo Properties ("we") collects information you submit when you inquire about a property, request a match, or contact us by form, email, or WhatsApp.
We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion measurement to understand how visitors arrive and whether an inquiry becomes a qualified Vireo opportunity. Google may process this information as described in its privacy and partner-sites information.
If you allow advertising measurement, we may send Google a transaction ID, event time, click identifier, consent state, and normalized SHA-256 hashed email address or phone number. We use this to measure qualified inquiries and Vireo's actual contribution from completed transactions. Hashing is one-way and the property sale price is not used as conversion value.
First-party campaign attribution is retained for up to 90 days in your browser. You can decline measurement without preventing a property inquiry, although required contact consent is still needed for Vireo to respond to a packet request.
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, connect you with the listing contact or relevant local professional, and improve how we present property information. We do not sell your personal information.
Your inquiry may be shared with the assigned listing agent or contact for the property you asked about, and with service providers that help us operate the site (for example hosting and messaging tools). Consented advertising measurement may also be sent to Google or Meta.
